CANCELLATION POLICY

An email or text message reminder will be sent when booking is complete. You will also receive a text message 48 hours, and then 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24-hour notice is required in order to avoid cancellation fees.
·         No call/No show- 100% service cost
·         Cancel within 24 hours prior to appointment- 50% of service cost
A credit card is required for booking. This is simply to reserve your appointment time, and no charges will be made unless there is a cancellation within the 24-hour window prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, while "No Call/No Shows" will be assessed a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service.
Strict adherence to this policy allows for time to inform clients waiting on standby of potential availability in my schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
